Jack Jacobs was born at Cox hospital at 9:45pm on Sunday, August 21, 2016. He weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and was 19.5 inches.
Hillary and Austin are not just an incredible couple...but already incredible parents! They are two humble, intelligent, and patient people who created this precious baby. I know Jack will grow up to be smart, handsome, and joyful...just like his mom and dad!

"We had a list of names that didn't include Jack at all... I asked my 6 year old buddy Braeden what we should name him and he said Jack... Later that day, I asked my 5 year old buddy Noah (in Virginia) what we should name him and he said Jack. After that it just seemed like he was Jack and we never looked back."
"I had only held a newborn a couple of times before Jack arrived, so everything seems new."
"Jack is already helping me learn ways to care for him, to love and support his mom, and to be there for our friends when they have babies. I hope I'm awake enough to learn all that I can from him."
"I love to think about who he is going to be, what kind of sense of humor he will have, with hopefully a smart brain and a kind heart. I love to look at his little face that is so cute I could eat it right up."
"The most exciting part about having Jack is that he's here and healthy. Now we get to share our joy with all of our family and friends who prayed with us before his surprise arrival."
"I have taken care and loved a lot of babies over the last years of my life, and I love that Jack is the guy who made me a mom. He's a baby who has been hoped for and prayed for and who surprised us when we didn't even know it was possible. He came out just perfect and sweet, with the best face we know."
Congratulations, Hillary and Austin! You are now a sweet little family of 3!
